...for our Easter dinner...
...we made VEGAN GIGOT DE PRÉ-SALÉ RÔTI...or Vegan Roast Leg of Lamb...
...and we served it with the Vegan Sauce Spéciale à l’ Ail pour Gigôt...or Vegan Garlic Sauce for Roast Lamb...

...it was a delicious Easter dinner...and all of the particulars are over at The Vegan Version...
