...Single Serving Lemonade...

...along with yesterday's Cauliflower Steak...I had fresh squeezed lemonade to drink...

...remember the recipe only called for 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice...

...so what was I going to do with the rest of the lemon...

...generally I put it in a jar in the fridge thinking that I'll use it up on some other recipe...and then I wind up throwing it away when I don't...

...so this time...I thought I'd just go ahead and use the juice right away...

...you know...if you've got lemons...you're supposed to make lemonade...

...so I just took the leftover lemon juice I had about 3 Tablespoons...mixed with sugar (organic beet sugar) and water and ice...it was delicious...

Single Serving Lemonade

Juice of one lemon - about 3 Tablespoons...give or take a teaspoon... ;) wink...
2 Tablespoons sugar - or equivalent sweetener of your choice

~Have a lovely day!
