...W.I.A.Y. ...

...breakfast was yogurt...blueberries with flax and chia seeds...and I had an orange...which either I didn't photograph or the photograph just looked like another orange I had eaten and I deleted it...
...lunch was a delicious bowl...filled with black beans...spinach...salsa and rice...and a nice ripe avocado...
...we've been grilling out a lot in the evenings...the weather is so pleasant now...grilled BBQ tofu...veg baked beans...and I used some of my leftover homemade vegan mayonnaise to make a potato salad...
...snacks were an apple and some chips and salsa...which I totally forgot to photograph...

    your meals look so tasty and colorful! i keep working toward less and less animal products in what we eat - we all just feel better! and i love a huge salad with as many veggies as i can chop up and throw in. i've been making a dressing lately that is so easy and so tasty! equal parts olive or grapeseed oil and pure maple syrup, some drops of tapatio, and a generous grinding of italian seasoning. shake together and pour over salad. the other day, i threw all of this with 3 cutie oranges that were on the way to being "done" and a handful of macadamia nuts in my vitamix - that turned out fabulous, as well! happy thrusday, friend!
