...W.I.A.Y. ...

Breakfast - oats...apples...frozen blueberries...and almond milk...
Snack - wheat toast...peanut butter...banana...and tea...
Lunch - Avocado sushi (this is some of the avocado I had frozen - it works fine for sushi)...Foreman-grilled broccoli...and baked tofu...and tea...
Snack - just some rice and leftover black beans and salsa...
...the kids were serving the Lenten dinner at Church...and it was grilled cheese and vegetable soup...

...what did you eat yesterday?...

  3. I made this but using mild curry powder and some paprika, I made the rice but next time I will simply boil it. It was yummy!!!
