my favorite ornament are these nutracracker ornaments i have my mother used to put on her tree when i was a child. now that my daughter does ballet and has danced many nutcracker pieces it makes them all the more special.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite ornaments was a felted Snoopy. I also liked the ones with the pretty pins in styrofoam but they were so much work.
ReplyDeleteI used to make paper lanterns from tissue paper and card, its been a long time since I did one. hmmmm.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite ornament is a trolley car I bought to remember our honeymoon in San Francisco...in 1998...when the Napa Valley flooded. Uh, yeah!
ReplyDeleteThose are very cute!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite ornaments just might be a set that my mom gave me just a couple of years ago. It is characters from "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer", and each is sitting on a different colored jingle bell. I love them because I love all things Rudolph, but also because we saw them when she and I were out together, and I commented how much I loved them but didn't want to afford the price, and she remembered and went back and got them. What a good egg she is. :)
My favorite ornament ever is a love themed glass ornament that my husband and I bought when we were first married.
ReplyDeleteBest,
Michelle

My favorite Christmas is a clear cut glass hummingbird. When the tree lights catches the cut glass, it is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite ornaments are the trees my 4 yr old daughter has made over the last few years. Most of them have googly eyes all over them! They always make me smile!
ReplyDeleteFavorite theme ornaments were the Wizard of Oz ornaments I bought to remember my second son's birthday. We all dressed up like the characters, and yes we live in Kansas.
ReplyDeleteMy favorites are the old light and motion Hallmark ornaments.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was an elementary school nurse, I was given a Nurse ornament by one of my autistic students. It has always been a favorite. This year it is not on the tree because it is in the attic and I wasn't able to get up there.
ReplyDeleteMy fav ornament is one I boiught in college of kids ice skating. Little did I know I'd be a mom to competitve skaters someday! (I don't skate either)
ReplyDeleteMy name is Holly so I've embraced Holly ornaments. There are some wonderful, varied options out there!
ReplyDeleteMy theme is recycled! I made some wreathes from curtain rings and they are so freakin adorable!!

ReplyDeleteVery sweet! As a child, my parents used to give me glass ornaments, mostly angels, and I loved how they sparkled with the tree lights. I guess "sparkle" would be my theme?
ReplyDeleteMy favorite's [I have five] are of my children's hands when they were tiny! I can't believe how fast the time went.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite ornament is a super sparkly one that we got in the small town where we got engaged. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite ornament is a hand-carved wooden depiction of the German town we used to live in. It reminds me of some gorgeous holiday traditions. Thanks for the nice giveaway, and Happy Holidays!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite ornaments are the ones that have been handmade by friends. Our tree is definitely taking on the handmade theme this year... strings of popcorn and cranberries to add to the charm.
ReplyDeleteWe have the best-looking tree ever this year because for the first time we have NO theme! The kids have just chosen all their favourite decorations. It is really colourful & cheery!
ReplyDeleteI love handmade ornaments, esp ones that have fabric or fiber!
ReplyDeleteJulia c
I like bird ornaments! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI made little house ornaments... I guess our theme is HOME. Important for us and relevant.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite decorations are angels.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to have one of your beautiful ornaments on my soon-to-be tree! :)
ReplyDeleteI love antique ornaments, but my favorite ornament was always this pair of little porcelain baby booties that some family friends gave my parents when I was born; it has all my "pertinent info" in gold pen on the bottom soles... always made me feel special when it got to go right up by the top of the tree.
Thanks for the opportunity to win ~

Favorite theme for Christmas ornaments: JOY
ReplyDeleteLove your "Peace" ornaments.
I'm not sure my favorite ornaments have ever had a theme. My all-time favorite is one from my childhood that has a pinwheel in it that spins when you hang it right over one of the lights. Your Peace ornaments are lovely. Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteI love the ornaments my kids have made or given me the most - ones with a meaning behind them.
ReplyDeletefavourite ornament! wow...when I was little I loved the tree my grandmother put up. It had only gold ornaments, with gold lights. There were little violins and trumpets that I loved. Now I like the one I made when my son was under a year old. I painted the inside of a glass orb with blues and silver and it looks like jupiter, but in shades of blue.
ReplyDeleteWhat little beauties!
ReplyDeleteWe had little porcelain ornaments when I was little; a snowman, father Christmas, angel.. the angel was my favourite. I don't any of them still exist though!
