...Lean Mean VEGAN Grilling Machine...

...I showed y'all a glimpse of my 'new' (second hand really) grilling machine already...so now I thought I'd show you some of the things I've already made using it...and how easy and quick it is...
...the very first thing that I made after I got home with the machine and got it all cleaned up and sanitized...was a grilled sweet potato...
...I just cut the potato into rounds about 1/4 inch thick...
...I spread a piece of foil over both halves of the machine...just for easy cleanup...and then 10 minutes later I had a perfectly grilled (with all those yummy caramelized bits) sweet potato...at least a half hour time savings over oven roasting...
...and then because I hadn't eaten enough orange food...I grilled a whole tray of baby carrots...
...just look at that stack of delicious carrots...
...and then I grilled some cauliflower...along with a few more carrots...just because I had a few left over...
...just look how perfectly grilled all that veg is...and in just a few minutes...
...and now for something green...a bunch of fresh broccoli florets...
...also grilled to perfection...
...and finally some tofu...
...perfectly grilled in 10 minutes...

...and I kept using the same foil over and over...so cleanup was a breeze...and we had so much delicious veg to eat...I love this 'new' tool...definitely worth the space it takes up in your kitchen...

~Have a lovely day!

  3. I was so impressed by the clip that I ordered a George Foreman grill. I found a place where a high street company sell items where the boxes have been damaged cheaply and the cost was about the same as an Ebay purchase when postage is added in. Bonus, the grill is new! I am waiting for it to be delivered and this post today has got me so excited!
