...W.I.A.Y. ...

..kindof a continental breakfast...with toast and café au lait...(coffee with a cup of cashew milk)...
...well obviously that was not enough breakfast...so later in the morning I had a bowl of oatmeal...
...with fruit and flaxseeds and chia seeds on top...and some cacao nibs and goji berries on the side...
...Lunch was a bowl of pintos with rice...some of my favorite collard stems and vegan cornbread...
...later in the afternoon I had a leftover Mexican cornbread for a snack...with some tea...
...and some broccoli and spinach from the Foreman Grill...
...and for dinner it was see-how-much-you-can-cram-in-a-bowl...
...spinach...sweet potato...rice...salsa...black bean stew...nooch...and a grilled onion...
...and before bed...I had an apple and some walnuts...

  1. my goodness that's a bunch of healthy stuff!! we've been going out to eat too much this week! lots of folks we haven't seen in forever plus a night out with the kids. fun, but definitely not healthy!

  2. This dinner bowl is sooo perfect! I like it when there is plenty of choice... Just like this!
