...3.23...Tuesdays with Julia...

...I put a couple of cans of mushrooms in the InstaCart...just for this recipe...
...Julia says quite rightly that this procedure improves the taste of canned mushrooms...
...we had the canned mushrooms over rice with seitan...it was quite good...I think it would be good with a creamy sour cream sauce too...like stroganoff...

    made me smile at first seeing canned mushrooms as its not something i ever buy, then i read you bought it for the recipe, especially. Does look tasty
