...We love them so much...and my new grocery store always has organic kale...
...I got this recipe from Lacretia at My Southern Vegetarian Life...
...just dip your kale pieces in the sauce...HaHa...a messy action shot...
...place them in a single layer on your dehydrator tray...they'll shrink a bit...
...and then try not to eat the whole bowl full all at once...
...like I did...
...these are so good...

yummy looking. i tried this once using a recipe that had you bake it at low temperature instead. turned out crispy, but lots got burned in the process too. the dehydrator sounds like a better idea! love, k

I've slow baked them with EVOO, sea salt and cracked pepper but will have to try your recipe. looks good and I'll have to try the dehydrator.
ReplyDeleteI haven't actually tried kale chips yet though have been eating a lot of kale. I spotted a smallish bag of the chips in the store last night and they were nearly $7. At that price, I'll need to make them myself so thanks for the link.
ReplyDeleteI made garlic parmesan kale chips today. I used to make them in the oven, but we bought a dehydrator this weekend. I can't believe how much better they are in the dehydrator. The two of us ate almost a whole bunch of kale tonight! mmm...
