...cont. ...Vegan Seder...with recipes...
...I got some black salt...or Kala Namak...to make the vegan eggs more eggy...funny they call it black when it's really pink...
...and I found the little side opening plastic eggs that really make the process a lot easier...
...cute little vegan egg...these are so much fun to open...
...vegan egg and charoset...
Vegan Charoset
1 small apple
1 handful of walnuts
1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sweet red wine
Chop the apple with the walnuts and then mix in the other ingredients.
...this is the Seitan Lamb...really just a typical seitan with red wine standing in for most of the liquid...
