...the Vegan Easter Feast...Part I...Vegan Cream Cheese...

...just some water crackers...spead with Vegan Cream Cheese...and sprinkled with dill...and/or a cucumber...

...I used this recipe...to make a batch of Vegan Cream Cheese...

...I was thinking about making a cheesecake for Easter...I didn't get around to it...yet...but I still have plenty of the cheese left after making these yummy appetizers for our Vegan Easter Feast...

...this cream cheese was very rich and creamy...I could taste the coconut a little bit...and I think next time I will only add the solid part of the coconut milk...and not the liquid...I'll just use water for any additional liquid I need...I think it still tasted fine...and it will still be perfect for that cheesecake...


...so very yummy!
