...8.3...Tuesdays with Julia...

...our sweet niece is visiting and she chose this week's recipe...VEGAN GÂTEAU À L'ORANGE ET AUX AMANDES...because she wanted to make a 'fancy' cake...
...it was fancy...even un-iced...and it was delicious too...
