...a couple of FOs (finished objects - for the non-knitters)...
...I made a bunch of little stars in patriotic colours...
...and some matching chained headbands...
...and combined them into two adorable little headbands...
...they'll be perfect for the girlies to wear to the parades and fireworks...
...and the Jayne Cobb hat is finished...
...it just needed a pom-pom on top...so I got a vintage pom-pom maker...
...it included instructions on the back...
...but it didn't work out as it was way too small...you can see a couple of suggested projects on the front...and they're using that size of pom-pom to make little tufts for a seat cushion or a rug...which would be an interesting little project...but...
...I just made an appropriate sized pom-pom using some cardboard and attached it to the top of the hat...
...and then I got a box of paper fluff and copied out the letter that Jayne received in the package
...put the hat in and sprinkled over some of the fluff because when Jayne opens the box and puts on the hat there are still bits of paper attached to it...
...so that completes the 'experience'...haha...
...what's in your workbasket this week?...
~Have a lovely day!
