One thing I didn't realize until we moved up here is that most farmers spray their entire wheat crop with Roundup just days before they harvest - I'm not exactly sure why they do this - something about cutting down on moisture - anyway - try to buy as much organic food as possible...



I'm always thrilled when my local grocery store stocks a new organic or vegan item - lucky lucky me...
