Long to Short

It's that time of year again - not that it's warm enough to actually wear shorts...

I took the Man-Cub's trousers that are either too short for him anyway or have holes in the knees and cut them off for summer shorts...




There's nothing to this process - just whack them off a little below the knee and then I zig-zag around to prevent fraying and then turn up a half inch or so hem and machine stitch - the entire process takes about 15 minutes.
