Blizzard

Y'all probably already know that we had a blizzard here this weekend. The main roads were still closed this morning - it was 25 BELOW zero - and there is no school today...

These are snowflakes whipping past the window at 40 knots - Karen or Mom can probably tell how fast that is...

    46.03 statute miles per hour to be exact! but mostly, that's just a veeerrrry cold, harsh wind, i'd say!!!

    Hey Mom,

    I don't know how many times we opened the window to check on the blizzard's progress - that was a lot of fun - the Man-Cub catching snowflakes on his tongue - we also played Monopoly - Dominoes and Phase 10...
