Raw Cookies
I followed a link to a Raw Oatmeal Raisin cookie and then I couldn't find it again to share it with you...
...but thanks to the wonders of the internet search engine I found it at The Raw Dessert - I know there's no oatmeal in them - they're really good 'though - and I think I might add some raw oats the next time I make them...

well, they look good - interesting process of dehydrating.
ReplyDeleteYep - I'd never thought of dehydrating as a way of 'cooking' - I know they're raw and all but they just taste cinnamon-y and chewy like oatmeal cookies - I had a box of quinoa for a while and this was a good recipe for it...
