...Cheesy Tofu Hiking Snack...
...I liked the little Roquefort Cheese Balls so well that I wanted to make something similar and portable to take on the backpacking trip...so I mixed up some All Season Blend and sliced some tofu and simmered that for a little while...
...after most of the liquid had been absorbed...
...I transfered them to the dehydrator...
...these are really good...we ate half of them already...perfect with the Wheat Thins...

These sound great! I don't have a dehydrator, do you think I could make these in the oven instead? I wonder what temp I would use?
