...from my back deck...


...it's still snowing...Scout is thrilled...plans for today include a tromp through the snowy woods...a fire in the fireplace...and some cocoa...

    We finally have some snow! I feel like a little kid - I'm so excited about it. I'll take our dog out for a little explore then this afternoon I have a new cardigan I'm swatching for. Have a wonderful weekend.

    We do have some snow, sadly we are both afflicted with a cough/cold that is rife around here. That means we can't go out and enjoy it.

    On the plus side, two lovely friends have had their third child, a boy they are probably calling Zack. So, we are feeling very happy for them.

    after going to the barn to feed animals; I took a long nap and it was wonderful! it's been snowing heavily all day and supposed to continue until tomorrow night or Monday morning. I've got oil in the furnace, food in the pantry and hot chocolate to drink...let it snow!
