W.I.A.Y.

...now that the weather is warming up...I had one of my favorite summer-time breakfasts...
Breakfast - Cereal, Banana, soymilk, grapefruit
...and a sammie for lunch...
Lunch - Vegan Pimiento Cheese Pita
...and then because the weather was absolutely gorgeous...we grilled out...
Dinner - Grilled Tofu Kebabs with peppers and onions, vegan potato salad, and regular salad...

...How has your spring weather been so far...warm enough to grill out?...

  1. Looking good for all meals. How did you get your grapefruit to look like that? It has been very warm here this past week but I don't even have my patio ready due to being sick and the garden is behind schedule so no grilling ~ yet. Enjoy your weekend.xx

  2. We have had sone nice days but for us the weather is typically April. I have discovered tofu, I make a marinade and after 'pressing' it I slice it and marinade it for the afternoon, we both enjoy it.
