4.7...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we made another variation of vegan duck...Vegan Canard Braisé avec Choucroute, à la Badoise...of course I looked up Badoise...and it just means of or from Baden...a spa town in Germany...also saw a reference to a dance...la Badoise (Baby Polka)...which I thought was cute...
...it was predictably good...served with peas and buttery potatoes...
