10.19...Tuesdays with Julia...

...we made these adorable little rolled up vegan stuffed beef thingies...called paupiettes...they're so cute...
...and we were basically using up some leftover vegan roast beef...
...and we served the paupiettes with some leftover braised cabbage and steamed red potatoes too...
...it was a really really good...

  2. WOW! Paupiettes are not easy to do! I've never try them with seitan 'cause i never thought i could make it so thin! But you did!!!!! So i'll try!

      ...they weren't that difficult to do...just another of Julia's recipes with many steps...pots and long cooking times...the sauce was awesome...and I was quite skeptical...allspice and mustard...haha...
