...7.18...Over the Weekend...
...there's really not much going on Chez Affectioknit...it's hot...Hot...HOT...highs in the 90s (high 30s C)...with heat indexes over 100°...so just mostly trying to stay cool...
...I did get the shopping...nothing unusual...and we had a very short list...corn was still 4 for $1...
...and we got another gift of squash and cucumbers...
...and fresh green beans...

Delete...we have a/c so if we stay inside we don't notice the heat...haha...and I've moved my bike ride to the really late evening...usually about 8 PM now...as the days shorten...of course it will get cooler as well...

It's hot here as well! I walk the dog early in the morning then hide in my house all day long.

Delete...we stay in most of the day as well...I walk out and get the mail mid day...when it's the hottest and come right back into the A/C...and then I've moved my bike ride to the late evening after 8 PM....

We have a heath wave up here too. High 90s. Awful.

With a friend we both noticed that green beans tasted way better than usual this year! And the lady who grows them and who i buy from said the same! Is it the same for you?
