...11.14...Delicious Vegan Food we ate...

...this was totally the Man's creation...he made a special shopping trip and got the heirloom tomatoes...

...and cooked those into a delicious garlic-y and olive-oil-y sauce...

...he also bought linguine...not a noodle that I always keep in the pantry...we had fettucine but he said that wasn't the "right" noodle...and it is funny how different noodles can affect a dish...

...this was such a delicious dish...
