...we made the VEGAN SOUFFLÉ DÉMOULÉ, MOUSSELINE...or "unmolded soufflé"...
...it was good...poufy and cheez-y...probably a little sturdier than it should be...maybe a little too much flour...but still good...and it looked pretty...
