...after we piddled around on the 'guest room' reno for over a month...we only had this one week to get the little bedroom done...
...so we mapped out the days for painting trim and cutting in...painting the ceiling Lemon Sorbet - two coats...and the walls two coats...we took off the closet doors and the entry door and painted those on sawhorses in the big room...
...all of the stuff from the little room was still in the guest room...so we had no place ready for guests...and they'll be here later today...
...we got all the walls and ceiling painted...doing the colour drenching again in this room so the ceiling is the same Lemon Sorbet as the walls...
...all of the doors got painted downstairs in the big room...
...then it was time to start putting everything back...
...and the door back in place...you can see the difference in 'sheen' here...same colour...just a different texture...
...pretty much the same as you last saw it before Mom's last visit...except the walls are now a soft yellow...
...the little gumdrop (purple) accents really pop against the yellow...
...I love this room so much...
