The Chocolate Tofu Mousse Pie...
It was so good - I took it to a covered dish supper and it was gone in a flash and no one even suspected that there was tofu in it (I didn't tell)...
I made my own Homemade Chocolate Chips as we still don't have any vegan ones locally - and the crust is just some graham crackers whirled in the food processor with a few dates - it was super yummy and super rich...

This looks SO yummy! My husband makes a similar pie with peanut butter, chocolate, and bananas (also with tofu). The crust looks yummy, is it graham crackers?
