Red Tailed Hawk

With all this water around we've had some foggy mornings as the earth warms up for spring...

Scout spotted this Red Tailed Hawk on the little olive tree in the middle of the field - another one for the bird book...

    you have an olive tree? i'm surprised it grows up there. i thought they were warm weather/dry climate plants!

    glad it's finally staying above zero up there!! enjoyed my quick visit last night...
