Last Children's Choir Song...

Apparently today marked the end of Scout's Childhood...not really...he will be a Confirmand when school starts back in the fall - which makes him a Youth - so he'll attend Confirmation class and LYO...and of course he's happy about this transition...

...the passing of these little milestones is always bittersweet...but much more sweet than bitter...

  2. I love children's choirs, they tug at the heartstrings.

I had to smile at the term 'youth'. My beloved Uncle Harold, when he met his brother Bill would say 'hey up youth', and Bill would reply 'all rait (right) youth, yersen (yourself)? I loved the warm sound of these old men with their North Nottinghamshire accents.
