...brussels spouts are definitely one of those veggies that has gotten a bad rap...
...not sure why...
...but we love them...
...and they couldn't be simpler to make than this fool-proof way...
...just slice them up...
...and give them a quick stir fry in some Earth Balance...
...add a dash of salt and pepper...and you're done...
...delicious!

We love them too. I usually roast them with a little evoo and some salt and pepper.

ReplyDeleteI was one who never did like brussels sprouts. But over the last few years I've made a huge effort to eat a wide variety of vegetables, including brussels sprouts. I now enjoy them very much. Your's look yummy.
