...tofu parm...

...Scout had a new recipe he wanted to try out...
...so we dredged some baked tofu in some almond milk...
...and then in some Italian Seasoned Panko...
...Fried them up crispy in some Olive Oil...
...topped them with some Daiya Mozzarella...and popped them in the oven...
...then served them on top of some noodles and marinara...

...it was a good recipe...
