    I do love mushrooms and I shall try this. I love the idea of creamy mushrooms on toast, this looks an excellent recipe to try.

    My favourite mushroom recipe is - heat the pan, add olive oil and then mushrooms. Cook on a high heat till cooked. Then add chopped garlic and shake the pan for a minute and then add lemon juice. Shake the pan and season. Delicious.
