...more fall greens...

...this is where I spent Saturday morning...
...and the dew was still on the ...er...um...greens...
...we picked two big bags full of greens...turnip...tender-greens...mustard...rape...and kale...

...and Jack is fascinated...
...so we started washing...
...and cooking...pot #1...
...more washing...
...pot #2...
...and pot #3...
...and now...along with all the greens I put up before...we have 21 pints of greens in the freezer...so...YAY!

    fun! i know someone who washes their collard greens in the washing machine! haha....of course, collard greens are pretty sturdy.....

    That looks like a fab greens mix. As the posters said in WWII - eat greens for vitality!
