...the Great Pumpkin...

...Sunday after Church we took the kids to the pumpkin patch...

...I got a small cooking pumpkin and a squash as well...more on that later...
...so they each picked a (rather large) pumpkin...
...then perused the available patterns...decided they were all to childish...HA!
...but they did dress Jack as a Jack-O-Lantern...
...then they got busy cleaning...
...and carving...
...finally done...
...lighting the Jack-O-Lanterns...
...two perfect Storm Trooper pumpkins...

...Have you carved your pumpkin yet?...

    No, but I have painted a jar to look like a pumpkin and bought a wooden pumpkin sign. All ready for the children we hope will visit us.
