Breakfast - granola with sunflower milk...and cinnamon toast
...this is just a veggie dip packet mixed with almond milk meal cream cheese (leftovers from making almond milk - see procedure here)
Lunch - Flatbread, veggie dip
Dinner - Vegan Fettucini Alfredo (a couple of versions have made their way onto the blog...here, and here), Roasted Broccoli (fresh from a neighbor's garden), salad and vegan french bread

ReplyDeleteOoooh, this seems like a fun theme for a post. I am sure I didn't take photos of my meals yesterday though. I went to take a snap of my dinner plate, as it was so pretty, and realized I didn't have my camera--an oversight that almost never happens. Your day looks very yummy.
