...W.I.A.Y. ...

Breakfast - Vegan Cheese Toast and a pear...and coffee with a LOT of Cashew Cream...
Lunch - Vegan Spanish Rice - really just brown rice and salsa and a Huge Salad with Sweet Mustard Dressing
Dinner - Vegan Frittata, Salad, Veggie Broth, Mixed Veg it's your turn to inspire me with what you ate yesterday...

  1. hey - very busy day actual omelette with salsa and avocado slices for breakfast. a handful of mixed nuts and water for "lunch" and a great big salad with veggies and caesar dressing for dinner at about 9pm. not anywhere near as interesting as your day!

  2. The usual breakfast, lunch fennel and orange salad with honey and mustard dressing and a slice of wholemeal bread for lunch, dinner I tried some cornmeal and corn balls cooked in the oven - not amazing - with a tomato and broccoli casserole.
