...Birthday 2016...

...boxes that arrive on the doorstep near birthdates are so exciting...this one was no secret as it has its makers mark...

...and sure enough...when I tore into it...that's exactly what was inside...

...a brand new Kitchenaid mixer...pretty thrilling eh?...

...so much fun to unpack and check out...

...and I'm so happy that it fits neatly in the cupboard...I was afraid it would have to sit on the counter...

...so you may wonder after the big Sunbeam Mixer Makeover why I needed a new mixer...

...well it had slowly stopped working...the little speed control on the back-end still clicks from one speed to the next...but the speed doesn't change any more...for a little while it would change speed up to 5...then 3...then just one...needless to say...it's difficult to mix anything at speed one...

...and luckily for the Man...I had a birthday coming up...how convenient...and it certainly made his gift buying choice pretty easy...
