...Dinner and a Movie...

...the kiddos were here for the storm...the university has called off all classes...

...so the Man made his delicious marinara sauce...and I made my favorite Tunisian Bread...and we had a big ol' spaghetti dinner...

...and we let the kids pick the 'show' and they chose Jack Ryan...

...y'all know me and my lack of love for anything remotely suspenseful...yikes this show is stressful...so I kept my knitting at the ready in case I needed to focus on something other than the screen...

...I know I've made them all sit through a bunch of movies that were just about people...so it's undeniably their turn to watch something a little bit more exciting...

...I think there are 8 episodes in this series...and I'll definitely be fast forwarding to the end before I sit through any more of them...

...what have you been watching lately?...

~Have a lovely day!

  1. We watched Hacksaw Ridge - a movie about a pacifist that refused to bear arms in WW2. It was a bit bloody for my taste, but the story was terrific!

  3. Bread and Pasta, lovely combination! Watched the Netflix programme about Hiroshima then the film Black Rain on Youtube, about a family in the years after. Very moving.
