...Tuesdays with Julia...

...it seems like it's been a long time since I cooked with Julia...but we made VEGAN THON À LA PROVENÇALE...using frozen and pressed tofu for the tuna...
...as suggested...we served the Vegan Tuna with boiled potatoes and fresh green beans...
...it was so delicious...I'd definitely make it again...
