...Scout and Our Girl were joining us for dinner...so we made lasagna...
...first some vegan tofu ricotta...
...as always...the Man spent hours on the delicious sauce...
...started layering...sauce then noodles...
...the tofu ricotta...
...then some vegan beefless crumbles...
...then more sauce...
...more noodles...etc...
...ending with sauce...
...some Daiya mozzarella...
...and vegan parmesan...
...and into the oven...
...perfectly layered lasagna...
...served with bread and a salad...of course...it was so delicious...
...and then for the movie...a sweet romantic comedy...not the Man's favorite genre...as he always says they are neither...they are always sad with the guy getting the girl in the end...

That looks yummy! We haven't turned the TV on lately! When we were visiting Sharon and Buddy, we re-watched Mrs. Maisel with them since they hadn't seen it. Fun show with really good actors if you haven't seen it (on Amazon Prime). Love, K
