...11.19...What I ate in a Day...as a Vegan...

...I started off the day with a big bowl of mixed cereal...there are rice chex, bran flakes, raisin bran, raw oatmeal, some sort of fiber cereal that we neither one really liked that I'm trying to use up...topped with apples, pecans and dried cranberries...and almond milk...
...later in the morning...I had a Cutie...and an everything bagel...and I was trying to use up the rest of the Beurre Colbert from earlier in the week...so I just used that instead of cream cheese...and it was actually pretty good...
...for lunch...I made us both delicious vegan grilled cheese sandwiches...
...and got some vegetable soup (frozen in muffin cups) out of the freezer...it was a yummy comforting lunch...
...afternoon...I had a fresh pineapple snack...
...and then for dinner...navy beans, cornbread, steamed squash and onions...and my banana, flax seed and walnuts for the day...and tea...of course...

...what did you eat yesterday?...

  1. Your food looks tasty and healthy. I just had leftover spaghettini and sauce along with garlic bread. It hit the spot.

  2. Since we're sailing right now in lumpy seas, I don't have much of an appetite. I had a banana, several glasses of unsweetened tea both hot and cold, and some mac and cheese. That's it for the day. Not to worry, I can use a few pounds shed! Love Karen
