...and so it begins...

The zucchini harvest that is - I know we will be unable to keep up with our garden's zucchini production - I mean there's only so much zucchini you can eat right...

So we'll use up what we can fresh but we'll freeze quite a bit - some shredded for winter zucchini bread and adding to soups and spaghetti sauce and some sliced for casseroles - maybe I can even get my hands on some Sheese...
