...well...
...if I had gotten my Band Post up at midnight Tuesday...I could have done my WIP Wednesday post on time...
...but there was really such scant progress that it should almost be a W.I.H. post...HA!...with H standing for hiatus...
...however...progress is progress...even just a few rows as the case may be...only about 8 new rows here...I'm only on row 36 of the pattern...I still like it a lot...so it's not that...just busy busy...
...and I have a question for y'all...
...do you think I ought to over-dye this top a rusty orange like it is in the original...I debated making it that colour to begin with...and now I'm kinda wishing that I had...but then I hem and haw about it because this neutral colour will definitely 'go with' more of my clothes...
...what do you think?...
~Have a lovely day!

I love that pattern. For me I would leave the yarn neutral, it goes with more, but that's just me! :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I love that pattern! I'm sure once you try it in you'll have a better idea of whether or not you want to dye it. :)
ReplyDeletehow pretty!
ReplyDeleteand i do like the orange - very much!
i'll be interested to see what you decide.
Orange isn't neutral??? I love orange! I would go for it.
ReplyDeleteThat sweater is pretty. I like the color of the yarn you have now, but I personally LOVE orange, so I would dye it. :-)
ReplyDeletelove that orange color! love, k
ReplyDeleteGet an orange top to wear under it and leave the yarn a neutral. Next year you can do the same with whatever color is considered the 'new neutral'. :)
ReplyDeleteBoth are lovely, but I adore rusty orange.
