...when I was little my mom used to make this dish...and we called it 'Goulash'...
...if you google goulash...you'll find that it's actually a soup or stew of meat and vegetables...of Hungarian origin...the American version often has noodles and is a lot like my One Pan Dandy...
...this 'recipe' has only 3 ingredients...or 4 if you count the little bit of oil...
...I used some of my beef flavored TVP from the SDA store...
...just rehydrated with water - a one to one ratio...
...and then fried it up with some potatoes and onions...it's so good...and I think technically it would be called a 'hash'...from the French verb hacher (to chop)...
...it's really good...when I was little I ate this with a ton of ketchup...and I thought about doing that last night...but in the end I just ate it plain...
