...Bathroom Wall Repair...

...The last time you saw the main bathroom...there was a hole in the wall...nice clock nook...eh?...
...and I ended that post with..."and then of course...I'll have to patch the wall..."...HA!

...the hole was there because the Man moved the outlets from this configuration by the door...over to the corner by the sink...and increased the number of outlets to four...
...so...I finally got around to patching the hole in the wall...I cut a square of sheetrock...that little bit beside the new outlet was kinda tricky...
...and over by the light switch there was no stud to attach the sheetrock to...
...so I cut a board...
...and slipped it inside the wall...
...pulled it up tight against the existing sheetrock...
...and secured it with a few screws...
...then I was able to attach the sheetrock to that...
...and then all that was left was the spackling...

~Have a lovely day!

  4. I agree with Maureen. AffectioKnit has intelligent DIY skills. My brother has excelled in the field of plumbing over the past few years and I have seen how his work progresses with experience. From your ideas and skill of doing such a neat job, I have a feeling you are on the path to professionalism too.
