ReplyDeleteI have never flamed anything in cognac, must try. I bought The Delicious Ella cook book and made a stir fry which had a wonderful sauce! Tahini, soy, lemon juice and salt, fab.
ReplyDeleteWe have just had Bakewell Tart and Pecan Pie. Very nice, I also made the chocolate brownies with sweet potato from Delicious Ella's new recipe book which are also delicious and very tempting.
