:-) Okay! It's a new day so I'll list today's food which is not the norm since it's Sunday and I take it easier on Sunday. Breakfast: Cereal which I make which consists of raw pumpkin seeds, ground flax, unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped apples and coconut milk.Lunch: Tri-tip and baked beans and brussel sproutsSnack: Low carb Coconut Lemon CakeDinner: Chicken salad (chicken breast, cranberries, apples with mayo)
