:-) Okay! It's a new day so I'll list today's food which is not the norm since it's Sunday and I take it easier on Sunday.
DeleteBreakfast: Cereal which I make which consists of raw pumpkin seeds, ground flax, unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped apples and coconut milk.
Lunch: Tri-tip and baked beans and brussel sprouts
Snack: Low carb Coconut Lemon Cake
Dinner: Chicken salad (chicken breast, cranberries, apples with mayo)
Thanks...the breakfast sounds yummy...did you post your recipe at LoLMB?...and I love baked beans and brussels sprouts too...and I'd love your lemon cake recipe...I have a lemon pound cake that I'm fond of...but something light would be nice too...
