...Vegan Acorn Squash Bread...

...I had overcooked (word) acorn squash for Sunday dinner...I made a whole acorn squash for each of us...and then we only ate 1/2 each...a whole one is just too much as a side dish...

...so I had three halves leftover...about a cup...
....I used Susan's recipe for Fat Free Vegan Pumpkin Bread...
...it was delicious...and easy...and a good use for leftover acorn squash...
