...Tuesdays with Julia...

...just a preliminary mushroom recipe for when you want to use the mushrooms in a white sauce...

...so not really very exciting...

...but I do get to check off another recipe...and all of the details are at The Vegan Version...

    My favourite mushroom recipe is mushrooms with garlic, lemon juice and salt - delicious on toast. I do feel cheated when a big pan of mushrooms ends up a thin layer!

    I love mushrooms and tend to use them in stir fry a lot.
