...things I (try to) eat every day...

...and I find that I'm much more likely to eat them all if I gather them up in the morning....and just graze throughout the day...
...it's actually a surprising amount of food and calories...
...and it gives me most of the vitamins that I need in a day...but you can see that I'll still need to supplement Vitamin D...but most of us do...not just vegans...and the rest of the items will fill in nicely as I eat a proper protein rich supper...

...what do you try to eat every day?...

      That's a good idea...I always try to eat some collards or kale every day too...they're so good for you...
